Learning to Graze Better

Welcome to Little Grazing Goat. After a health setback, I realized how easily I wander—physically, spiritually, and emotionally. Some days I follow the Shepherd like a sheep. Other days I graze like a goat, curious and distracted.

This site is about noticing where we wander, learning to choose what nourishes our hearts and bodies, and staying near the Shepherd—one small step at a time.
